In a mood for Mango ?
Here is a Smoothie idea, absolutely Mango, refreshing and unctuous.
Ingredients (1 pers):
– 1 yellow Mango
– 1/2 Lemon juice
– 60 ml Almond milk
– 1/2 tsp fresh Ginger
– 3 tsp old fashion Oat
– 3 tsp Almond powder
– 2 tsp Chia seeds
Mix all ingredients (except Chia seeds) with a blender until smooth texture.
Add the chia seeds, stir and serve.
If your Mango is ripened it should be sweet enough. If not, you can add some cane sugar or coconut sugar. You can also bring the sweet touch by adding 1 tbsp of apricot compote or mango jam.
If you do not like the sour touch of lemon, you can change lemon juice by few drops of vanilla extract or some Nutmeg, in that case add 15ml of almond milk.
