Smoothie Cucumber & Mint

If like me you have some difficulties persuading yourself to eat cucumber (I do not really understand why lol) despite it is a wonderful vegetable full of benefits…This post is for you!
I got an idea to motivate myself… and I have to say, this is a success, so I share it with you 😉

Try it, it is fresh and smooth… I love it !

Ingredients (1 serve):
– 1 Banana
– 1/2 Cucumber
– 1 handful Mint leaves
– 50 ml Almond milk (natural, no added sugar)
– 4 tbsp Coconut milk
– juice of 1 Lime
– 1 tsp fresh Ginger

Preparation:
First, peel the banana and cucumber, cut them into pieces, wash the mint leaves, chop the ginger.
Then put all the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth texture.

Here it is, ready!

Tip:
Boost your smoothie with some Chia seeds 😉
